    • Trailer and fitment information: trailer identifiers such as a 17‑digit VIN (when required for correct part selection), and any other details you provide to help us identify compatible parts.
    • Warranty claim information: information you submit through warranty claim workflows (for example, claim details, product/trailer details, supplier/service information, and supporting documentation if applicable).
    • Customer support communications: information you provide through contact forms or when you communicate with us (including the content of your messages).

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we may automatically collect:
