6.2 Delivery Obligations.
Once products leave our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier you select at checkout. If a shipment is lost, delayed, damaged in transit, or delivered incorrectly, you should contact the carrier promptly and notify us so we can assist with claims or corrections.
6.3 Risk of Loss and Title Transfer.
Once an order is shipped and accepted by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist customers in working with the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.
6.4 Address Accuracy and Delivery Challenges.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible or unsafe delivery locations, or failure to pick up held packages.

7.1 Return Eligibility
BoatmateParts.com sells aftermarket and replacement parts and accessories. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, items may be returned for a refund or exchange if they meet the following conditions:
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
The item includes all original materials, documentation, and components
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.
Certain products may be non-returnable, including:

Electrical components once installed
Any item returned without original packaging or documentation
7.2 Return Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipment.
To request a return:

Package the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
7.3 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

BoatmateParts.com does not provide independent warranties for products sold through the Site.
Customers seeking warranty service must contact the product manufacturer or follow the warranty claim procedures provided with the product.
8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any manufacturer warranty that may apply, all products sold on this Site are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoatmateParts.com disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability
Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

8.3 Manufacturer Warranty Claims

BoatmateParts.com may assist customers in identifying the appropriate manufacturer contact information but is not responsible for administering manufacturer warranty claims.
9.1 No Consequential or Incidental Damages.

15.2 Binding Arbitration.
